This is what standing for the first time in two and a half months looks like!  Dan reported back that "it wasn't a big deal," but that smile doesn't lie...

    Thank you for defending freedom. You did a great job out there in Afghanistan. When you say that you have no regrets its something that has really made me think about things that have happended to me in my life too.
    You are very strong to just keep going forward with your life.
